[Community_garden] Mission statements

[Duluth Community Garden Prog.]

Dear Gardeners,

Our organization will soon start an organizational assessment and
strategic planning process.  That process will include a close look at our
mission statement.  We operate on an allotment system, assigning gardeners
to 210 plots located in 18 sites around the city.  To help us review ours,
we'd like to see mission statements for similar programs.  Please send
