CALL FOR POSTERS


28th Annual Ohio Ecological Food & Farm Association Conference
March 3-4, 2007  --  Granville, Ohio

At our 2007 conference, we will provide an opportunity for academic
researchers to present their findings.  The OEFFA membership is very
diverse; it includes farmers, consumers, gardeners, chefs, political
activists, teachers, researchers, retailers, and students. What members have
in common is an interest in creating and maintaining a food system that is
good for people, good for the earth, and good for the future.

Our organization’s goals are:
·	to assist producers making the switch to ecological management and
production systems;
·	to make consumers aware of the increased value and quality of commodities
produced by these systems;
·	to promote research on eco-management systems and techniques;
·	to promote the adoption of alternative technologies where appropriate;
·	to maintain standards for grower organic certification;
·	to provide a general sharing of resources, ideas and information;
·	and to monitor legislation that directly affects ecological agriculture
and to provide information on that legislation to the membership.

Abstracts for posters are solicited on any topic that would appeal to this
audience and/or corresponds with any of OEFFA’s goals.  A detailed list of
conference topics and a schedule will appear on the conference website.
Abstracts of not more than 200 words that include title, 3 to 5 keywords,
and names, affiliations, and contact information for the author(s) should be
sent via regular mail, fax, or email (preferred) by 01 Feb 2007 to:
