[Community_garden] Organic guidelines for community garden

Our gardens went organic several years ago without a hitch (to speak of).

We include the organic requirement in our gardener contract that each person
signs at the beginning of the year.

We also provide a handout that explains the organic standards more clearly.
We group substances under "Recommended" "Not Recommended" and "Strictly Not
Organic"
