[Community_garden] looking for funds for garden for Hmong seniors

I am looking for funding sources to start a community garden primarily for
Southeast Asian senior citizens in the city of Visalia, California.  The
garden would be a place where seniors can get fresh air, exercise and plant
vegetables that appeal to their cultural preferences.  Does anyone have
advice on possible funding sources?

I am an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer at the Yosemite Sequoia Resource
Conservation and Development Council in North Fork, CA and we are partnering
with some Hmong community members to help make this happen.
