Hi folks,
We partnered with a local organic gardening educator, Seattle Tilth
Association to teach some free basic and advanced organic gardening
classes. See samples of those classes below. We rotate them around
thoughout all our community gardens. We also offer some classes to our
immagrent gardeners in both Spanish and Lao. Hope some of you find this
helpful we think it has become an important part of what we support.

Thanks for your time,
Sandy Pernitz

Thinking out loud here...

One of my fellow community gardeners and I have been talking about
offering some organic gardening classes (and/or discussions or
clinics) on a more or less regular basis (probably monthly) at the
community garden. The classes would be free, open to all, and held
outdoors at the garden, probably on a weekend morning or afternoon.
If anyone else has done something like this, I'd like to know what
worked and what didn't.
