WOW!! That is so impressive. How many gardeners? We still 
(individually) have to pay for compost bins, and even among those who 
have bins, very few use them to make compost. We also (the community 
garden program) have to pay for the city to deliver a dumpster for 
compostables and the weekly bins for compost pickup. But a lot of 
garden supplies get reused, we do have an area to put reusable 
fencing, cages, containers, etc.
