[Community_garden] 3 methods of Organic Rat Control

There are always lost, feral and/or abandoned cats in our  
neighborhood. One of our gardeners is even more cat mad than I. She's  
built little shelters for them and comes to the garden daily to feed  
them. She also takes them to a friendly spay/neuter vet. Since the  
cats have moved in, we have neither rat nor mouse problems.
