[Community_garden] land lease agreements

First; thanks for all of your garden expertise and support!  Much 
appreciated.
Second; please help!   Please forward any copies or samples of land lease 
or land user agreements that you may have for your community garden.  I 
have  previously seen them out there but need a sample for a new garden 
start-up  agreement.
