[Community_garden] land lease & blueprints

Hello everyone - cold & snowy here in Ontario but we haven't stopped 
thinking about gardening.  Thanks for all of your expertise and sharing! 

I am in need of some help please - We are conducting a garden start-up 
workshop and would appreciate some different sets of garden blueprints for 
smaller gardens ie.,  8-9  10' x 10' plots, if you could send some 
samples.  Also I have a new garden looking for samples of land use/lease 
agreements that could be used in the negotiation process.  I looked on the 
ACGA site but couldn't find the info?
