[Community_garden] Community garden insurance

Hi all,
I've been a long-time reader of these emails, but am just now writing in.  I belong to the local Native Plant Society chapter and we've just been offered a small lot for use as a native plant demonstration garden.  We'd like to involve our chapter volunteers and also the neighbors in improving and maintaining the site, but there are concerns over the need for insurance.  With so many community gardens out there though, I know there must be a feasible affordable solution to the insurance question.  I'd greatly appreciate any info you can offer.
