[Community_garden] Nutrition gardens

Stacia Nordin, an American dietitian who lives in Malawi has done a lot of
work with permaculture and nutrition in Malawi. I believe she has recently
put together a handbook. As well, Ann Burgess has published some work on
gardens in East Africa, but it is older now. I don't have the contacts for
either of them, but I'm sure you'd find it if you looked online.
