[Community_garden] More detailed information need for Letter of Support Campaign needed.

Thank you all for responding so fast with a request for a letter!

However, I suppose I should have anticipated this but I can't proceed to
send letters to or for you if I don't know who you are. Just having an email
address to go on isn't sufficient information to proceed. If you want a
letter of support, please provide me with who YOU are, what garden your
working with, and your address and telephone number.

I'm sorry I didn't think of this detail before... Please be sure to tell me
who YOU are and please give me your organization's information too. Thanks!
