[Community_garden] Table Gardening

We are in the process of building a new table garden (raised bed on pedestal) for accessible gardening.  What, if anything, do you recommend to seal the inside of the wooden table box that is on top of the pedestal?  We are using treated lumber to build the box which will be bolted to the allen block pedestal.
