[Community_garden] funding for community garden in Visalia.

Last year at the California Master Gardener statewide conference, one of the
presentations was on school and youth gardens.  Here is what I said about
the speakers in our El Dorado County Master Gardener newsletter.  "My
favorite presentation was on School/Community Gardens, taught by our retired
Farm Advisor Dan Desmond and Manuel Jimenez, UCCE Tulare Co.  They both gave
impassioned presentations. Dan featured the Schnell School Garden (in
Placerville) and Manuel and his wife have created an amazing garden in
Woodlake that I just have to visit.  I commented after the presentation that
Manuel was the perfect blend of knowledge, wisdom and commitment.  What an
inspiration!"

Hazel, I encourage you to contact Manuel to see if he has any suggestions
for you.
