[Community_garden] New CG starts in Graham, WA.

Whew!  Just returned from working with 8 other member of our Graham 
Self-Reliant Community members.  We worked hard for four hours and not only put up the 
beautiful 4' by 6' sign, but dug and set in the raised bed borders for five 4' 
by 20' gardens.  I know, it is tiny, but we are proud and being along a main 
road, it will attract attention.  It is a vehicle also for getting people to 
think about self reliance in other ways.
