[Community_garden] Anyone share a CG contract form?

We are brand new at managing our small community garden in Graham, Washington 
State, south of Tacoma.  Our Self Reliant Community group would appreciate 
finding a very simple, short contract to use with our garden.  At our last 
meeting the agenda said to design a contract, but the group demurred, saying that 
we don't need to "reinvent the wheel".   Thanks!
