-the demographic info is based on HUD categories.  It's helpful for
grant-writing.
-The quiz questions at the end are just for fun.  It's interesting that
about 30 percent of our applicants get the organic question "wrong."
-The waiver is more of a formality; unfortuntately it doesn't protect you in
real life from lawsuits.  Liability insurance is still recommended, if
available.
