[Community_garden] garden under power lines?

Maybe someone there would know about safety.

I am interested in starting a new community garden. The space that I am
considering (the only available space I can find) is under power
transmission lines. I have been researching to find out if it is safe for
people to spend lots of time under these high power lines - does anyone
know?
