[Community_garden] community garden training

I am the co-ordinator of a community garden in Memphis
TN, and am in the process of incorporating two other
gardens into our program. I am going to be training
the other volunteers and members of the gardens on
community gardening. Would anyone be able suggest any
kind of training module that may be helpful in this
process, as i've never done this type of training
before.
