[Community_garden] flluorescent bulbs

"Cool white" works perfectly and I keep them 1 inch above the plants.  Just
move the links in the chain as needed to raise the light as the plants
grow.  I saw some tomato transplants one time that were 18 inches tall and
only a few leaves right at the top due to the light placed too high and the
plants were trying to get to it.
