[Community_garden] Zoning for Community Gardens

Since your garden will be purchased outright, my suggestion would be to  
start by researching cities which
permit or zone for urban agriculture.  Another suggestion would be to  check 
the zoning for gardens held
in some of the Trusts for Public Lands.  If non-profits are not  allowed in 
residential areas in St. Pete,
the urban agriculture approach may prove to be best.
