[Community_garden] 1990 and 1996 ACGA surveys

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone out there has copies of the ACGA membership surveys done in 1990 and/or 1996. Of course, I would prefer to have digital copies, but paper works. I will be leading another such survey as soon as I can get it written up and a linked on the ACGA web site. I want to include the same questions so that we can compare change over time. 

I appreciate any help you provide.
