[Community_garden] Collecting rain from roofs for vegetableproduction

OG Editor Scott Meyer was just on my Public Radio show discussing their 
program of building rainwater harvesting systems for community gardens and 
explained that the system they install has a kind of 'pre-wash' that filters 
out particles.  You'll probably find lots more info at the "Water works"
