Attention flowers lovers!! Join this group! 

Come  dance with garlands of flowers this weekend. Try out English Country Garland dance. You might even want to join our team! We are in the Philadelphia area. 

Garland Dance workshop this Sat. & Sunday (March 1st & 2nd. ) See the information below. Garland dance is a beautiful form of folk dance/ritual dance from various villages in England.
The dances have been past down through the years & still performed at many May events in England & various holidays.
The workshops are at a great price. 7$ dollars each day.   
The Germantown English Country Dancers host  Ashgrove Garland from Asheville, North Carolina. 

This inventive group of dancers will also teach dances with staves, scarves, ribbons & more. This wonderful group of dancers are exceptional fun, super creative, have an array of great costumes & use great music. The workshop weekend will be on both March 1st and 2nd. Attend both workshops or one. March 1st workshop (12:30 -2:30) at the Summit Church ( Mt. Airy) Philadelphia. March 2nd workshop 10 - 12:30 at Baird Hall, Mt. Airy (off of Germantown Pike) directions & contact info. below. Workshops are 7$ for non- members/6$ for members. ***Call or email contact person below for any questions & information.
