[Community_garden] Gardens owned & operated by privatecompanies?

Schlafly's Bottleworks in Maplewood, MO (inner suburb of St. Louis) has a community garden that grows produce for the restaurant.  Six of the beds are open to the community; I'm not sure what the involvement of the staff is.
