On other recent posts;
Garden structures: be sure and think about designing to capture rainwater
off of these structures.
Garden theft: if you have the room plant a demonstration style garden plot
(outside the locked gate) with signage and allow picking of ripe harvest.
Always keep the gate wide open and inviting while folks are tending plots to
allow others to visit the community space.
