[Community_garden] Pictures: Shade Structures, Rain Garden Collection Systems, Compost Bins, Signage & Entrance Signage

Unfortunately a picture section was a feature that was dropped during the
ACGA website make-over.  However, pictures can be posted as part of a
garden's listing on the Community Garden database -- which still needs lots
and lots of gardens to be added. Go to:
