  Hi Everyone,  I am not a plant physiologist,  but, to really oversimplify a  complex process called photosynthesis... during the  light and the dark cycles  different things happen during photosynthesis. ? It turns out that temperature plays a major  role, it is not really the light and the dark cycle that plants respond to as much as it is the temperature cycles of the night and the day. Although, they do respond to the light and the dark, but maybe not in ways we can easily talk about. Photosynthesis is a kind of a miracle that is not fully understood by scientists, or me either!
