[Community_garden] Wheelchair Accessibility

I've found that placing big rectangular plastic containers up on regular
folding tables (Home Depot has nice weatherproof plastic ones) works the
best in these cases; and the costs are MUCH less.
In my experience, wheelchairs and walkers can't travel on any kind of
wood chips. (And I can't imagine that they really are ADA-OK for such a
purpose either.)
Spend the raised bed money on a proper path or the result may be a nice
garden no one can access.
Although if you have ZERO money and your climate is as dry as I except,
professionally leveled and tamped soil might work very well.
Good luck!
