[Community_garden] mission statement, Memphis Community Gardens

Here's the mission statement we came up with for our fledgling nonprofit:


*Article 1: MISSION*

*          *The mission of Memphis Community Gardens (MCG) is to encourage
and nurture the development of community gardens and gardeners in Memphis
and Shelby County. Memphis Community Gardens supports the development of
green, healthy, and convivial neighborhoods through gardening education and
the development of community gardens.
