[Community_garden] Need community gardening help...

Greetings,

I'm new to the community gardening movement, however I have .25 acres of
land with and am planting a backyard orchard along with various other
vegetables.  Who would I contact/partner with to make a community gardening
project go?

I am in Sacramento CA.
