[Community_garden] growing potatoes

The easiest, best way to grow potatoes is like Ruth Stout did in her garden
and is demonstrated in her video.  Have a deep mulch.  Open the mulch up,
drop in the potatoe, cover it up with the mulch.   "I will come back in the
fall and harvest my potatoes from on the ground".
