[Community_garden] Re. tires and biosolids

Not that I disagree with Don's comments about we use them, "we  benefit we 
ought to help solve the problem"  But when are we going to get  some inspiring 
legislature that states something as simple as you make it, you  insure it's 
recycle-ability!
 
You know dang well, if they weren't allowed to manufacture any  more tires, 
this problem would get fixed in a BIG hurry!  Like wise with oh  too many other 
messes that big companies profit from, and then have very little  to do with 
the cleanup.  
I know, perhaps I am being a simpleton here, but holy cow is  this solution 
just too simple for our government to wrap it's brain  around?  
 
(No comments about our currant administration and it's  "simplicity")
