Thank you for the reply Steven.  It does sound like a very big project,
one that would take commitments from many people in many places.  In the
event that you/we decide to move forward with the project, I'll gladly
volunteer to handle Columbia, MO and poke and prod the folks in Kansas
City, MO and KS.
