[Community_garden] U.S. Survey of Community Gardens

"lobby Congress to include home and community garden questions in the next Census."
  - This is an interesting idea.  We can probably add questions about awareness, and participation in home and community gardens in census, perhaps as part of recreational activities.  I think they could be added in the American Community Surveys.
