Hi all,
Since several of you expressed an interest in having a census of North American CGs, attached is a draft in Excel. This is not at all what the survey looks like, but rather just a list of questions in order. Lists of answers are not shown in order to simplify it. The actual survey is a web form. 

As we all recognize this would take a good deal of work from everyone involved, but certainly it is something we could all benefit from. 

Does anyone know a funding source that may want to pay for this survey? It is free for me to put it up on the web but chasing down people in cities across North America would take a lot of time.

Your thoughts?
