[Community_garden] blank emails

I'm also getting the same annoying blank email on a daily basis.? Isn't there someway to block
email from the address to the list serve??

I am receiving almost everyday an email from this address:
florence.FAURE at diplomatie.gouv.fr on this listserve.

It is blank.  I suggest that someone correct the problem.
